How to reach us.

Three paths in, depending on what you need. Customer-environment incidents go through the SupportIQ engagement. Pre-sale and security-partnership questions go through the working-session calendar. Vulnerability disclosures and security-research correspondence have their own channel.

For active customers

Platform support & incident response.

Customers with an active SupportIQ engagement reach the on-call team through the contact path established at deployment. Incidents follow the runbook scoped during onboarding, with executive escalation paths defined in the engagement document.

Pre-sale & evaluation

Security partnership package.

For prospective customers and security teams under evaluation, the partnership package (SOC 2 Type II control-mapping document under NDA, architecture diagram, vendor-risk questionnaire response, sample DPA / BAA) is delivered within one business day.

See Trust & Security →
Security research

Vulnerability disclosure.

Researchers and security teams reporting vulnerabilities in the CybrIQ platform should follow the coordinated-disclosure process. PGP-signed reports preferred; bounty payouts on confirmed findings.

Frequently asked.

How do I escalate during an active incident?

Customers with an active SupportIQ engagement use the runbook contact established at onboarding (typically a dedicated email distribution and a phone bridge). Incident severities, response-time targets, and executive escalation paths are documented in the engagement contract. If your team has lost the runbook, write to contact_us@cybriq.io with the subject line "URGENT" and we will route the message inside the standing on-call rotation.

Where is CybrIQ hosted?

SaaS-managed deployments run in regional cloud environments aligned to customer data-residency requirements (US, EU, and APAC regions available; specific regions confirmed during scoping). Customer-managed deployments run on infrastructure the customer hosts directly. Detail at the Trust & Security page.

Is the API public?

The platform exposes a full REST API with 314 endpoints across 31 tag groups. Documentation is published for review, and access is provisioned alongside platform deployment. Custom integrations are scoped during the working session.

Can I see your SOC 2 documentation?

CybrIQ runs a SOC 2 Type II aligned program with controls mapped to the AICPA Trust Services Criteria (security, availability, confidentiality), reviewed quarterly. A control-mapping document is shared under NDA as part of the security partnership package during evaluation. A formal SOC 2 Type II attestation engagement is on the roadmap. Write to contact_us@cybriq.io with your NDA preference.

Does CybrIQ offer training?

Customer training is delivered as part of the SupportIQ engagement. The training covers platform operations, drift triage, evidence-pack generation, and audit-cycle workflows. Custom curricula on request for ComplianceIQ and AdvisoryIQ engagements.

How do I become an integrator partner?

CybrIQ ships through the AV integrator channel. Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Poly by HP, and Neat partners interested in the program should reach out via the AV Integrators page or write to contact_us@cybriq.io. The conversation typically starts with a partner working session at one of your customer sites.

Is there a status page?

For SaaS-managed deployments, the status of your tenant is monitored as part of the SupportIQ engagement and reported through the same channel as incidents. A public consolidated status page is on the platform roadmap; we will announce it on the What's New panel when it ships.
